Abstract

This Order validates the List of notifiable animal diseases (Annex 1), the procedures for monitoring notifiable animal diseases, zoonoses and other animal diseases (Annex 2), the procedure for notifying the competent authority about the detection or suspicion of the presence of notifiable animal diseases, including animal diseases that were not previously registered on the territory of Ukraine, about the atypical death of susceptible domestic animals and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons (Annex 3) and the procedure for notifying the state veterinary inspector and the specialist of veterinary medicine, who provides veterinary services to the livestock capacity, about cases of atypical death of animals, other symptoms of animal diseases and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons for the purpose of conducting an epizootic investigation (Annex 4). This Order shall be applicable to cattle, swine, sheep, goats, fishes and crustaceans. Procedures for monitoring notifiable animal diseases, zoonoses and other animal diseases determines the procedure for monitoring notifiable animal diseases, zoonoses and other animal diseases, the resistance of their causative agents (microorganisms) to antimicrobial veterinary drugs in order to collect the necessary information to determine the sources of their origin, as well as to assess trends in their spread. Procedure for notifying the competent authority about the detection or suspicion of the presence of notifiable animal diseases, including animal diseases that were not previously registered on the territory of Ukraine, about the atypical death of susceptible domestic animals and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons determines the mechanism for notifying the competent body by the animal keeper about the detection or suspicion of the presence of notifiable animal diseases, including animal diseases that were not previously registered on the territory of Ukraine, about the atypical death of susceptible domestic animals and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons. Procedure for notifying the state veterinary inspector and the specialist of veterinary medicine, who provides veterinary services to the livestock capacity, about cases of atypical death of animals, other symptoms of animal diseases and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons for the purpose of conducting an epizootic investigation determines the mechanism for notifying the state veterinary inspector and the specialist of veterinary medicine, who performs veterinary maintenance of the livestock capacity, to the animal keeper about cases of atypical death of animals, other symptoms of animal diseases and a significant decline in animal productivity for unknown reasons with the purpose of conducting an epizootic investigation.
