Abstract

This Order establishes general rules of the functioning of Federal Service on Regulation of Alcohol Market regarding fulfillment of plenary powers related to the competence of the Federal Service. Federal Service on Regulation of Alcohol Market is the authorized federal executive body carrying out functions on normative legal regulation in the sphere of processing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors, and also supervision over manufacturing thereof and rendering assistance and services in the aforesaid sphere. Normative acts issued by the Federal Service shall be legalized in the form of orders.
