Abstract

This Order regulates ranch activity for scientific and replenishment purposes. It consists of 13 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements to be met in order to perform the breeding of wildlife with different purposes. It provides for different animal species, in particular: partridge, quail and wild rabbit, specifying the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization for reproduction, breeding or keeping of animal species to be hunted. Until 2005 animal reproduction establishments exceeding the area of 100 hectars are not allowed.
