Abstract

This Order establishes efficiency tests to be carried out on phytosanitary products in order to obtain a permit for using them. It consists of 15 articles establishing the conditions for performing the aforementioned tests. It specifies pesticides' classification, standards to be satisfied, controls to be carried out by competent administration, packaging and labelling requirements, etc. It also sets forth a table specifying maximum residue limits of chemical substances.
