Abstract

The quotas of catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for the purpose of stock enhancement and acclimatization thereof shall include: 1) the amount of catch necessary for meeting the planned capacity requirements of fish farming enterprises and carrying out the planned acclimatization arrangements; 2) the amount of catch for the purpose of regulation of specific and quantitative composition of aquatic biological resources and prevention of damage thereto by predatory and alien species (catch for the purpose of fish farming and amelioration) in the places of release of fish farming species. Fishing authorization for catch of aquatic biological resources for the purpose of stock enhancement and acclimatization thereof shall be issued in accordance with the established modalities in conformity with the quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources validated by the Federal Fisheries Committee.
