Abstract This Order regulates forest product and sub-products' transport (ATPF) and the special regime for transport (RET). It consists of 25 articles concerning the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization for performing this activity under the competence of Ibama. It defines 'forest products' and markings to be displaid according to the different plant exploited. It also provides for controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid.
