Abstract

This Order regulates palm heart exploitation ('Euterpe oleracea and E. edulis'). It consists of 8 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to exploit these plant species as well as reforestation obligations. This Order does not apply for placing on the market of aforementioned plants.
