This Order enters into force on 1 January 2021.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for maintaining the register of regulated species subject to quarantine inspection using technologies that ensure the deprivation of quarantine objects of viability. Authorized state institution for maintaining the register shall be Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service. The register entry contains the following information: (a) full and abbreviated name (if any) of the legal person or surname, name and patronymic (if any) of an individual entrepreneur; (b) taxpayer identification number of legal person or individual entrepreneur; (c) location and address of the legal entity or the address of the place of residence of an individual entrepreneur; and (d) name of regulated species subject to quarantine inspection for which technologies are used to ensure the deprivation of quarantine species of viability.
