Acclimatization shall be carried out in accordance with annual plans validated by the Federal fisheries Agency containing biological substantiation specifying the following: (a) advisability of acclimatization arrangements; (b) properties of aquatic biological resources proposed for acclimatization (biological, ecological and nutritional values); (c) acceptance capacity of waterbodies proposed for introduction of alien species; and (d) recommendations for realization of acclimatization arrangements.
