This Order enters into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
Abstract

State cadastre of protected natural areas of the Republic of Kazakhstan contains a system of information on the legal status of protected areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their location, dimensions and boundaries, geographical coordinates, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of objects of the state natural reserve fund, environmental, scientific, historical, cultural, recreational value, types of protection regime, intended use and authorized activities. The state cadastre is kept by the authorized body in the field of protected areas on an ongoing basis in accordance with information provided by the territorial bodies of the authorized body and regional (cities of national significance, the capital) executive bodies, in order to use for the development of programs for the development of the system of protected areas, the formation of an ecological network and planning of rational use of land and the distribution of the productive forces of the regions, taking into account the conservation of biological diversity, unique natural landscapes.
