Abstract

The Order provides guidelines for classification and drafting reports for assessment of reserves and forecasted resources of potable, mineral, industrial, technical and thermal groundwater. It consists of 11 articles: Scope of regulation (1); Definition of terms (2); Classification of use reserves and forecasted resources of groundwater (3); Deposit (districts) groups according to their complexity (4); Categories of use reserves and forecasted resources of groundwater (5); Groups of use reserves of groundwater (6); General requirements against the hydrological reports of use reserves and forecasted resources of groundwater (7); Components of the report (8); Prerequisite requirements on presenting a report to the Commission (9); Rules for formalizing a report (10); and Financial information on the account (11).
