Abstract

This Order establishes technical rules for the imports of animals, meat and its products. It consists of 7 chapters and 4 annexes specifying sanitary requirements to be met in order to import animal products originating from third countries, sucha as: a) Animals for reproduction, production or slaughtering of bovine and swine; b) Fresh meat of bovines, swine, sheep, goats and horses; c) Fresh meat of wild animals (wild ungulates and solipedes); etc.
