Abstract This Order sets regulations on financial aid for fishing activities undertaken by young fishermen (purchase of fishing vessels and setting up of commercial activity) as well as for the training in the fishing sector in accordance with EU provisions and with the Fishery Farming Act. Rules related to the fund management, budgeting and financial reporting are applied in adherence to the Order on administration and audit of production fee funding in the agriculture and fishery sectors. This Order implements provisions set by Regulation No. 1388/2014 granting financial aid for the promotion of human capital, job creation and social dialogue (in particular articles 16 and 18).
