This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for fishfarming, fish growing and breeding of other live aquatic resources and management thereof in commercial fishfarms. Fishfarming, fish growing and breeding of other live aquatic resources and management thereof in commercial fishfarms shall be performed with the purpose of increasing the productivity of fish-farming waterbodies by means of direct formation of species composition (reproduction of fish and other aquatic living resources) and stocks of aquatic living resources without draining water from the aforesaid waterbodies in order to catch them. In order to set up commercial fishfarming enterprise, fishery shall be used waterbodies, populated by widespread and low-value species of aquatic living fishery resources, as well as areas of the Black sea and the Sea of Azov within the internal and territorial waters of Ukraine, which can be used for commercial fishfarms with a view of reproduction of marine invertebrates and algae.
