Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for the allocation of areas for protection and reproduction of wild fauna species (reproduction areas) that shall be applicable to all users of hunting grounds. Reproduction area shall be considered delimited part of the territory of hunting ground destined for protection and reproduction of wild fauna species subject to hunting. The reproduction areas may be determined by one or more contours (massifs, mountain areas, water reservoirs, etc.) with a total area of not less than 20 percent of the allocated hunting grounds. Users of hunting grounds should take into account the migration behavior of wild fauna species subject to hunting in order to form (create) reproduction sites common to two or more hunting enterprises.
