Abstract

This Order approves the instruction for the operation of the Public Registry of Georgia. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Access to information (II); Registration (III); Verification of signature at the registering body by the parties to the agreement that is to be registered (IV); Address registry (V(1)); and Transitional and final provisions (VI). The Order also approves the templates for excerpts from the registry of immovable property and from the registry of movable property/immaterial property interest. The Public Agency of Georgia maintains information on immovable property rights, legal entities and businesses, movable property and immaterial property interests, database of addresses and other information.
