Abstract This Order, consisting of 9 articles, regulates import/export requirements for vegetables, plant products and other staff regulated at ports and airports of the country. It applies for all plant products transiting from and to international areas and establishes the rules on transit authorization, identification, risk assessment, management and specific phytosanitary measures as well as the implementation of a transit system carried out by the National Plant Protection Organization (ONPV) under Law No. 29/VIII/2013.
