This Order enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

The following information from the State Fishery Register shall be granted in a mandatory manner: (a) information on fishing resources – Russian and Latin names of aquatic biological resources, area of population, fishing methods and amount; (b) information on fishing waterbodies – names, location, waterbodies and water quality category; and (c) information on contracts for management and use of fishing areas – name of contract holder, name of the issuing authority, type of fisheries, name and boundaries of the fishing area, and information on quotas.
