Abstract This Order, consisting of 17 articles and 2 Annexes, sets the rules for production and trade in wines and other wine products belonging to Geographical Appellation (IG) "Minho". This Appellation can be used to identify wine products which meet the requirements established by this Order and other applicable legislation and which fall into the following categories: a) wine, white, red and rosé, called 'Vinho Regional Minho'; b) liqueur wine, white, red and rosé; c) Sparkling wine, white, red and rosé; d) Quality sparkling wine, white, red and rosé; e) sparkling, white, red and rosé wine; f) aerated semi-sparkling wine, white, red and rosé; g) Brandy and bagaceira; h) wine vinegar, white, red and rosé.
