Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of drawing reports on the administrative offences by the officials of the State Plant Quarantine Service. The report shall be drawn in conformity with the established form and must contain the personal data and the identification of the inspector and data of the infringer, and also the reference to the legal act envisaging liability for such offence. The report shall be drawn in the official language. In case of the administrative offence committed by several infringers a single report shall be drawn for each infringer. The report must be signed by the inspector and by the infringer, and also, in case of the availability, by the witnesses. The report must be drawn in two copies one of which must be handed over to the infringer and the other copy remains to the inspector of the State Plant Quarantine Service.
