This Order enters into force 60 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation on Technical Regulation on Hygiene and Sanitary Requirements as well as good manufacturing practices for food establishments/industrial producers. This Regulation, consisting of 8 sections, sets out the general requirements for hygiene and good manufacturing practices of foods produced and processed for human consumption. The Regulation applies to any person or entity owning at least an establishment in which is performed some of the following activities: processing, industrialization, use, storage and transportation of food for national and international trade.
