Abstract

The Minister orders that the import and export of sturgeon fish species and products, including caviar, shall be subject to license. Applicants must submit the original authorization and certificate issued by the administrative body of CITES on sturgeon species in the Russian Federation. The period of validity of the aforesaid CITES authorization (certificate) shall be six months; no export or import licence shall exceed such term.
