Abstract

This Order approves the charter on conservation of agricultural or other types of land degraded due to pollution from industrial toxic waste and radioactive substances. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (I); Purpose of this charter (II); General provisions (III); Financing of soil conservation and restoration-improvement of soil fertility (IV); Control and liability for implementation of obligations of conservation of degraded soil (V); and Final section (VI).
