Abstract This Order establishes protecting measures (TED) for marine turtles during pink shrimp fishing. It consists of 5 articles establishing the obligation of adopt protecting measures into fishing nets in order to avoid turtle catch during pink shrimp fishing. It concerns the requirements for obtaining a fishing licence for shrimp exploitation. It also establishes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967 and Act No. 7.679 of 23 November 1988. Full text Portuguese
