Abstract

Subsections 1.1 and 2.2, after the wording “paratuberculosis”, shall be supplemented with the wording “paratuberculosis for the period of the previous six months”. Subsection 4.4 acquires a new wording: “All animals destined for slaughtering shall be vaccinated against anthrax no later than 42 days before slaughtering if not vaccinated six months before import.” Furthermore, subsection 6.4 is reworded as follows : “Animal feedstuffs of animal origin shall not be used for the feeding of sires of small ruminants.” A new subsection 12.11 shall be added to section 12 thus supplemented with the following wording: “Animal sperm shall be inspected for the presence of virus arteritis before the utilization on the national territory.” Point 7 of the subsection 29.5 acquires a new wording: “Import of fishmeal shall be authorized exclusively for industrial processing specifying fish processing enterprise or refrigerator for temporary storage thereof.
