It consists of the amendments to article 10-A and 10-B concerning: (1) Maximum number of authorized fishing vessels using 'lampreeira' fishing gear (50), not exceeding the number of 25 working at the same time; (2) This maximum number may be amended by Governmental Order. Authorized vessels must not have a fishing trap licence (on stakes); (3) Fishing turns by using this gear must be established and respected between fishermen.
