Abstract

The Order sets regulations with regard to the amount of oil (crude oil, heavy fuel oil or distillate) Danish ports possess and the related contributions they are obliged to pay to the 1992 Fund and 2003 Supplementary Convention’s regulations. Oil transported by sea to or within Denmark territorial waters, shall also adhere to these regulations.
