Reserve shall be located in the Southern part of Ivanovo region and in the Southern-Eastern part of Vladimir region in the flood bed of the Klyazma river with total area of 21 thousand ha. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of reserve: (a) all types of hunting; (b) industrial fisheries with the use of nets, industrial fisheries, artisanal and sport fishing outside delimited areas; (c) logging and procurement of soft resin; (d) irrigation and land reclamation; (e) application of chemicals and fertilizers; (f) recreational activity outside delimited areas; and (g) introduction and acclimatization of living organisms.
