To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: (a) at the regional level to form the necessary volumes of raw milk for the production of butter and cheese; (b) to carry out the construction of new cheese factories, to carry out reconstruction and technical re-equipment at existing enterprises; (c) to carry out technical modernization of workshops and sections for the production of butter of existing enterprises; (d) to ensure the involvement in the economic turnover of secondary resources obtained in the production of butter and cheese; (e) through the use of modern technologies to reduce the resource intensity of production, reduce energy consumption and ensure the improvement of the environmental situation in industrial areas of enterprises; and (f) to expand the range of products, including environmentally friendly, through the introduction of modern technologies that increase the nutritional and biological value of products, as well as the use of new generation packaging materials.
