Order No. 348-p of the Minister of Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on inventory of emissions of greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances.

This Order establishes the modalities of inventory of emissions of greenhouse gases and ozone depleting substances. The principal objectives of inventory shall be as follows: (a) obtaining basic data for assessment of the degree of impact of emissions on atmospheric air and establishment of maximum allowable limits of emissions; (b) determination of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of emissions; (c) state registration; and (d) environmental planning.
