Abstract The Minister, for the purpose of providing for qualitative felling for interim use by forestry and reinforcement of forestry legislation in the process of its realisation, decrees to establish that beginning from 1 October 2000 forestry institutions must issue logging permits for the projected felling for interim use after the concordance with the territorial branches of the Ministry of Natural Resources at the regional level. Heads of the territorial branches of the Ministry at the regional level must provide for qualitative assessment of the documentation for the compliance with the requirements of the normative acts regarding felling for interim use and the observance by forestry institutions of the aforesaid requirements.
