This Order enters into force on the day following its official publication.
Abstract

This Order defines the requirements for the protection of water resources in recreational areas with a view of protecting the ecological balance of water resources in the recreational areas, restoration, normal harmonious development of the ecosystem, ensuring sustainable use, mitigation of natural man-made impacts (including pollution) in order to ensure the effective development, conservation, restoration and reproduction of rare, endemic scientific and marketable aquatic biological species, including the preservation and improvement of the integrity of aquatic ecosystems. Recreational areas are designed for tourism, recreation, leisure, fishing, hunting, picnics, swimming, sunbathing, walking, sports games, tournaments, rowing, bird watching, rafting, kayaking, mountaineering, mountaineering, hiking for other forms of recreation and tourism. Every natural or legal person operating for recreational purposes shall ensure compliance with the requirements of hydrological, hydromorphological and hydrochemical protection of water resources in recreational zones.
