Abstract

Director of the Federal Fisheries Agency orders to include in the contracts for management of aquatic biological resources for which is not applicable total allowable catch the following clause: “if the amount of catch of aquatic biological resources envisaged by this contract has reached recommended amount of catch of these aquatic biological resources.”
