This Order enters into force on the date of publication.

Abstract

This Order regulates the licence for collecting wildlife material with scientific purposes. It consists of 18 articles establishing the conditions, and requirements to be satisfied as well information to be given for obtaining a licence for performing the aforementioned activity under the control of the Brazilian Institution for the Environment and Natural Renewable Resources - Ibama. It also applies for foreign scientists whose research activity is along brazilian territory.
