Abstract

The Order regulates transferring and receiving special area provided by general license of forest use, special license for timber processing and special license for organizing hunting industry. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Procedure for transferring and receiving (3); and Acceptance Act (4). The Order also adopts the form of the act and an assessment form for illegal chopping and other irregularities on the area.
