Abstract This Order establishes the modalities of performance of sanitary and epidemiological monitoring by state bodies and institutions with a view of assessment of the state of public health and environment through data collection, processing and analysis. The scope of sanitary and epidemiological monitoring shall be to obtain reliable information of impact of chemical, physical, biological and social factors on public health. Sanitary and epidemiological monitoring shall be performed at the national, provincial and district levels.
