The State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service shall be responsible for product evaluations, which shall cover the documentation, and laboratory testing and analysis. After the evaluation, a certificate attesting to product quality and safety shall be issued. Certificates shall be valid for five years, or for one year in the case of pilot batches.
