Abstract

Director of the Federal Fisheries Agency orders to allocate to natural and legal persons aquatic biological resources for the purpose of scientific research and control in accordance with the Annex 1. Distribution of quotas shall be carried out in accordance with the established modalities. In the process and upon completion of research reports substantiating set quotas shall be submitted to the Agency. Issuance of fishing authorization for the same period, the same fishing area and the same fishing vessel shall be prohibited.
