Abstract This Order enforces pollution prevention regulations and reduction of marine environment from activities such as dredging that can endanger sea, human health, seabed, and any activity related to this sector. Permit for dredging is required and applications must be sent to the Nature Agency including specifics on its characteristica, methods and timeframe estimated for these activities.
