Abstract This Order regulates forest exploitation. It consists of 17 articles and 1 annex dealing with the requirements to be satisfied for exploiting and placing on the market forest products (tree species, seeds, resin, latex, chestnut, etc.). It establishes prices and terms for exploiting these products (such as duration of authorization, beneficiaries of this authorization, requirements to be met by forest exploitation firms, etc.).
