Abstract

This Order establishes that name licence shall be issued for hunting of one species or a number of species established in the licence in a specified place during hunting season or during the period specified in the licence. Licence shall be issued by the Federal Supervision Service in the sphere of Nature Management to the citizens in possession of hunting authorization. Licences shall be applicable to protected areas of federal significance of parts thereof where artisanal or sport hunting are allowed. A single licence single animal shall be issued for hoofed animals and bears during hunting season or for specific period with specification of hunting ground. The following documentation shall be submitted by applicant to licensing authority: (a) application (Annex 1); (b) certified copy of identification document; (c) certified copy of hunting authorization; and (d) certificates of return of previously unused licences or vouchers of used licences.
