Abstract This Order, consisting of 9 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the exemption for national fishing vessels with length overall equal to or greater than 12 meters and less than 15 meters, from the mandatory use of a vessel monitoring satellite system, the recording and from the media electronic transmission of fishing activity. This Order applies to national vessels discharging in Portuguese ports.
