Abstract

The present Regulation determines hygienic requirements for installation, equipment and maintenance of small enterprises carrying out battlement of vegetable oil irrespectively of the form of property and departmental jurisdiction, and also establishes requirements for the processing, storage, trade and quality of the produce. The Regulation consists of 9 Sections. Section 1 establishes the sphere of application. Section 2 specifies normative references. Section 3 regulates the distribution of enterprises. Section 4 regards water supply, sewerage system, heating, ventilation and lighting. Section 5 lays down compliance requirements for location and equipment. Section 6 establishes the provisions for acceptance of raw materials, packing, wrapping and storage of finished articles. Section 7 regards quality control measures. Section 8 regards transportation of production. Section 9 regards medical control, hygienic preparation and individual hygiene of the personnel.
