It consists of two titles: General provisions (I); and Main part (II). It regulates most used food supplements in Georgia and establishes their permitted concentration in food. The Order further provides for the main groups of food supplements, paints for packaging materials and tare, food flavors, spices, condiments, sweeteners, preservatives, smoking substances, fermenting drugs, nitrates and nitrates in food, solvents in food processing, and permitted food supplements in food processing.
