Abstract

The Minister orders to validate the Model Statute of the Regional State Seed Inspection (Annex I ) and of the Model Statute of the Inter-District, District and Municipal State Seed Inspection (Annex II ). State Seed Inspection carries out the control of plant variety and seeds as regards crops and seeds belonging to physical and juridical persons irrespectively either of the form of property or departmental subordination that produce, purchase, process, store, trade, transport and utilise seeds
