It consists of three chapters: Scope of application and general provisions (I); General requirements imposed on enterprises processing fish products (II); and State sanitary control of fish production and sale (III). The Order applies to all types of enterprises and facilities engaged in the business, including ships, coastal and small-sized enterprises. The Order provides detailed sanitary rules for ensuring safety of products and public health.
