Abstract The Act applies to commercial fishing for salmon in 1984 in the Greenland fishing territory west of Kap Farvel (Cap Farewell). Commercial fishing for salmon may only take place following granted license and after prior authorization by KNAPK (Greenland Fishing and Hunting Organization) in regards to restrictions in the use of certain fishing gears, types or fishing methods.
