Abstract This Order validates standard state service in the field of land relations, in particular “Subsidizing of processing costs of enterprises for the purchase of agricultural products for the manufacturing of products of advanced processing” (Annex 2); and “Subsidies for the development of pedigree stockbreeding, improvement of productivity and quality of livestock” (Annex 3). “Subsidizing of processing costs of enterprises for the purchase of agricultural products for the manufacturing of products of advanced processing” regards subsidies for the purchase of agricultural products for manufacturing of butter, hard cheese and dried milk. The aforesaid standard state service shall be provided by the Ministry of Agriculture resulting in either acceptance of application and positive decisions on the matter or substantiated refusal of the application. The applicant must submit application contained in the Annex and production output data. “Subsidies for the development of pedigree stockbreeding, improvement of productivity and quality of livestock” regards the following stockbreeding activities: (a) reduction of cost of breeding and selection related to cattle pedigree stock; (b) reduction of cost of breeding and selection related to pedigree stock of sheep, red deer and keeping stud rams; (c) subsidizing pedigree and distribution centers for artificial insemination of pedigree cattle destined for dairy and meat and dairy production, and sheep of peasant farms; (d) reduction of cost for the purchase of purebred livestock and poultry; and (e) pedigree and selection breeding of pedigree stock of swine.
