Abstract This Order regulates the production of the genetically modified soya bean seeds. It consists of 2 articles and 1 annex approving the specific Regulation for the production of: basic class, registered, certified and controlled genetically modified soya seeds, which shall be under the control of the institutions entitled to grant the certification and carry out the controls.
