This Order shall enter into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order regulates the production of the genetically modified soya bean seeds. It consists of 2 articles and 1 annex approving the specific Regulation for the production of: basic class, registered, certified and controlled genetically modified soya seeds, which shall be under the control of the institutions entitled to grant the certification and carry out the controls. Annex specifies biotechnology standards and requirements to be met in order to produce the said seed.
