Keyword Protected area Biodiversity Ecosystem preservation Research Monitoring Education Tourism Geographical area Arctic, Asia and the Pacific, Black Sea, Caspian Sea, CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Eastern Europe, Europe, Europe and Central Asia, North Pacific, North-West Pacific Abstract This Order validates the Regulation on the State Natural Reserve "Dzhugdzhursky" entitled to perform the following tasks: (a) protection of natural areas in order to preserve biological diversity and maintenance in the natural state of protected natural complexes and objects; (b) organization and conduct of scientific research; (c) implementation of state ecological monitoring (state environmental monitoring); (d) environmental education and development of educational tourism; and (e) assistance in the training of scientific personnel and experts in the field of environmental protection. On the territory of state natural reserve shall be prohibited any activity contrary to the tasks of the reserve and the regime of special protection of its territory, including: (a) commercial, amateur and sport hunting; (b) commercial fishing, coastal fishing, fishing for aquaculture (fishfarming) purpose, aquaculture (fish farming); (c) recreational fishing, except for the cases established by this Regulation; (d) stay with firearms, pneumatic and throwing weapons, traps and other hunting gear, with captured wild fauna species and wildlife products, with the exception of cases related to measures for state supervision in the field of protection and use of protected natural areas of federal significance, federal state supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and management of wild fauna species; (e) stay with fishing gear; (f) exploration and mining; (g) disturbance of soil layer; (h) modification of hydrological regime; (i) procurement of soft resin and non-timber edible products; (j) clear cutting of forest species; (k) rafting of timber on waterways; (l) transit and grazing of farm animals; (m) placement of hives and apiaries; (n) plowing of land and haymaking (except for forest fire prevention); (o) blasting operations; (p) introduction of alien species; (q) storage and application of pesticides and mineral fertilizers; (r) collection of zoological, botanical and mineralogical samples; (s) stay with dogs; (t) flight of aircraft and helicopters below 2000 meters over the territory of the natural reserve without prior authorization of the authorized institution; (u) destruction and damage of notices, barriers, stands, border poles and other information signs; (v) organization of mass sports and entertainment events; and (w) disturbance of habitats of wild fauna and wild flora species.
